What worked?
When you look at what has worked in your business, what are the top 3 things you can point to? We’re often so used to thinking about what’s going wrong or not working right that we forget to consider what HAS WORKED and why.
For instance, so many of my clients tell me they get clients when they post consistently, send out their newsletter, and feel good about their offer and pricing.
When they don’t love their offer, believe in their pricing, or post weekly on socials, they stall and take breaks and lose momentum.
If this is true, then why don’t we jump back into what works and wait for the results?
I know the answer to this because it’s as true for me, a coach & creative who’s sold over a million and a half dollars in services, as it is for the client working on their first 2K month.
The answer is:
You’ve lost trust.
Those two coaches I mentioned above? The one with the 25K mastermind and the other one with the $300 a month program?
The 25K program is now 10K. Think about that. It’s decreased in price by more than HALF.
The $300-a-month program is now retired and so is that coach’s podcast and her goal to “reach 100 million”.
